✅ General Return Policy

We offer a flexible return policy on most products purchased from our online store.

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The size does not fit and you wish to exchange.
  • You simply changed your mind (for eligible categories).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and undergarments
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”

🔁 Exchange Policy

Need a different size or found a manufacturing defect?

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item doesn’t fit as expected
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong color or style delivered

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@bhaktiwomenswear.in with your order details and issue.
  2. We will arrange a pickup if eligible, or guide you through the return process.
  3. Upon receiving the product, we will ship the replacement within 2–5 working days.

💰 Refund Policy

We believe in fair and prompt refunds.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll ask for your bank account details via email for secure NEFT transfer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

📝 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Order ID
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

📦 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickups are available in selected pin codes.
  • If pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.
  • In self-ship cases, we may reimburse return shipping charges up to ₹100 (with receipt proof).
